Prestige Estates zooms on recording 76% jump in presales in FY26

Prestige Estates Projects is currently trading at Rs. 1325.80, up by 103.25 points or 8.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 1222.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1300.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1347.10 and Rs. 1287.25 respectively. So far 81959 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1812.40 on 22-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1064.15 on 08-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1347.10 and Rs. 1090.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 57168.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.68% and 2.37% respectively.

Prestige Estates Projects has achieved its highest-ever annual presales of Rs 30,024 crore in FY26, a year-on-year (YoY) growth of 76%. During the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26), the company has recorded 10% YoY rise in its presales at Rs 7,697 crore. The company witnessed sustained traction across its key markets during the year, driven by steady demand for well-located, high-quality developments. Sales momentum remained consistent across both new launches and ongoing inventory, reflecting resilient end-user demand. The performance during FY26 was underpinned by healthy contributions from geographies including Bengaluru, NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
