Praveg is currently trading at Rs. 558.00, up by 20.70 points or 3.85% from its previous closing of Rs. 537.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 541.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 560.00 and Rs. 535.05 respectively. So far 45327 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 612.00 on 22-Feb-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 212.00 on 18-Oct-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 587.00 and Rs. 534.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1250.84 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.56%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.89% and 38.55% respectively.
Praveg has received the work order for development, operation, maintenance and management of the Tent City at Nagoa Beach, Diu from Department of Tourism, U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. The work order is for a period of three years that could be extended up to another two years.
Praveg’s ultra-luxury resort at Nagoa Beach, Diu, will have 37 resorts with a convention hall having capacity of 250 people, one restaurant with a capacity of 150 people, spa, swimming pool and other facilities. Nagoa Beach is located in Nagoa hamlet of Village Bucharwada and is 8 kms from Diu. Nagoa a perfect semi-circle beach where the gentle lapping waves beckon you to wade into them for a fun filled time of swimming, gamboling or just lolling around the soft sandy shores or find you napping under the rare palm trees filled with the soothing breeze. With the addition of this resort, Praveg will now have 6 properties in operation and 10 under development. Company aims to further add more eco-responsible luxury resorts across India.
