Praveg moves up on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Praveg is currently trading at Rs. 311.50, up by 1.25 points or 0.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 310.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 318.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 318.15 and Rs. 304.00 respectively. So far 8411 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 765.00 on 02-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 252.00 on 09-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 361.80 and Rs. 304.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 820.82 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.05% and 43.45% respectively.

Praveg has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Praveg Rannutsav’ at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on December 20, 2025. The proposed WOS will carry on the business related to construction, development, operation, maintenance including marketing of permissible components of the project of development of resort (rooms and dormitories) at Dhordo, Kutch, Gujarat.

Praveg (Formerly known as Praveg Communications (India)) is principally engaged in business of providing services in holding and arranging Events, Exhibitions, Advertisement, Hospitality and in pharma sector.
