Poonawalla Fincorp shines as its AUM rises 68% in Q2FY26

Poonawalla Fincorp is currently trading at Rs. 542.50, up by 18.15 points or 3.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 524.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 529.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 570.40 and Rs. 521.20 respectively. So far 716732 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 570.40 on 06-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 267.25 on 04-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 570.40 and Rs. 487.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 45539.40 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.46%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.07% and 15.47% respectively.

Poonawalla Fincorp has reported 67.7% Year-on-Year (Y-o-Y) growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and 15.4% growth on quarter on quarter (Q-o-Q) to around Rs 47,625 crore as on September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26). The Company continues to have ample liquidity of approximately Rs 6,200 crore as on September 30, 2025. The company stands by its risk first approach, robust risk management systems and a diversified asset base.
