PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that, Sakshi Dalela, Head - Marketing shall cease to be the Key Personnel of PGIM India Asset Management (the AMC) from the close of business hours of June 28, 2024. Consequently, details of Sakshi Dalela shall stand deleted from ‘Information on Key Personnel’ under section ‘II. ‘The Asset Management Company (AMC)’ in the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of PGIM India Mutual Fund (Fund).
This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, as amended from time to time. All other terms & conditions of the SAI will remain unchanged.
