PGIM India AMC announces change in risk-o-meter of CRISIL IBX Gilt Index - Apr 2028 Fund
PGIM India Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandums (KIM) of PGIM India CRISIL IBX Gilt Index - Apr 2028 Fund (scheme).
Pursuant to SEBI Master circular dated June 27, 2024 read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/PoD1/CIR/P/2024/150 dated November 07, 2024, with respect to Product Labeling in Mutual Funds, PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that the AMC has evaluated the risk levels for the schemes of the Mutual Fund based on the scheme portfolios as on December 31, 2024. Accordingly, risk-o-meter of PGIM India CRISIL IBX Gilt Index - Apr 2028 Fund has been revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’.
This Notice cum Addendum forms an integral part of SID and KIM of PGIM India CRISIL IBX Gilt Index - Apr 2028 Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SID and KIM of PGIM India CRISIL IBX Gilt Index - Apr 2028 Fund except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
