Former Indian Cricketer Atul Wassan on October 16 expressed joy over the inclusion of Cricket in the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics and called it delightful. He further showed confidence in India clinching a medal in the sport as a part of the Olympics.
"It is delightful. Better late than never. This should have a place in the Olympics as Cricket has become a global sport. It was a success in the Asian Games. The T20 format is so popular and due to that, you can have more events in a limited time...I think one medal for India is certain," said Atul Wassan.
