OK Play India touches roof on acquiring 100% stake in MRH Technologies

OK Play India is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 164.30, up by 7.80 points or 4.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 156.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 164.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 164.30 and Rs. 164.30 respectively. So far 30712 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 164.30 on 22-Nov-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 28.55 on 23-Nov-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 164.30 and Rs. 120.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 434.95 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.66% and 31.19% respectively.

OK Play India has acquired 100% Shareholding in MRH Technologies for operational efficiency, better control and specialist management. MRH Technologies has entered into an agreement with Mann and Hummel Filter (MHIN), a subsidiary of the MANN+HUMMEL Group, Germany to act as its sole and exclusive distributor to promote, distribute, supply, install and service its revolutionary new product- PureAir Mobile Fine Dust Particle Filter Roof Box- designed to combat the life threatening, hazardous menace of air pollution.

OK Play India is engaged in manufacturing plastic molded toys, school furniture, playground equipment, infrastructure and automotive products, point-of-purchase products and E-Vehicles.
