NTPC Green Energy inches up as its JV’s arm secures 50 MW wind power project

NTPC Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 93.08, up by 0.10 points or 0.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 92.98 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 93.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 93.70 and Rs. 92.56 respectively. So far 63140 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 119.93 on 27-Apr-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 84.08 on 02-Feb-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 96.27 and Rs. 92.56 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 78465.98 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 89.01%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.69% and 4.31% respectively.

NTPC Green Energy’s joint venture (JV) -- ONGC NTPC Green’s wholly owned subsidiary - Ayana Renewable Power (Ayana) has secured 50 MW wind power project in the e-reverse auction conducted by Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). Ayana has secured the capacity of 50 MW at a tariff of Rs 3.85 /kWh. The tender aimed at the ‘Selection of Wind Power Developers for Setting up of 2000 MW ISTS-connected Wind Power Projects in India under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (SECI-Tranche-XX).’
