Nifty opened on a flat note and witnessed selling pressure in the initial hour. However, buying from low level recovered earlier losses ledindexto end near day's high.. Nifty closed at 23409 with a gain of 258 points. On the daily chart the index has formed a Bullish candlecarryingeitherside shadows indicating extreme volatility. The chart pattern suggests that if Nifty breaks and sustains below 23250 level it wouldwitnessselling which would lead the index towards 23200-23100 levels. However, if index crosses above 23500 level it would witness pullbackrallywhich would take the index towards 23660-23800.
