Nifty opened with an upward gap and r ema i n e d i n p o siti v e t e rr a i n throughout the day. Nifty closed at 21740 with a gain of 387 points. On the daily chart index has formed a sizable bullish candle and has closed above past three session's high which signals strength ahead. The chart pattern suggests that if Nifty breaks and sustains below 21400 level it would witness selling which would lead the index towards 21250-21150 levels. However if index crosses above 21800 level it would witness pullback rally which would take the index towards 21900-22000.
