The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT Nifty indicate a negative start for the broader index after Nifty closed 152 points lower at 21,995.85 on Thursday.

Gokaldas Exports:

The company initiated a qualified institutional placement aiming to garner?600 crore, with each share priced at ?775, a 4.05% markdown from thelast close, and a base price of ?789.99.

Infosys:

The company’s subsidiary is set to acquire a full stake in In-Tech HoldingGmbH, which specializes in engineering R&D services.

Federal Bank:

The company has obtained approval from the RBI to establish arepresentative office in Saudi Arabia.

ITC:

The company’s subsidiary has completed the acquisition of 100% stake inBlazeclan Tech for ?485 crore.

Torrent Power:

The company has procured SPV MSKVY Ninth Solar, integral to the 306 MWNasik project, for ?50 lakh.

SJVN:

The company’s affiliate has established a joint venture, “SGEL AssamRenewable Energy Limited,” with an Assam power distributor to engage inrenewable energy power generation, including hydropower, through thedevelopment of power plants.

Vesuvius India:

The company has launched a new Mould Flux facility in Visakhapatnam,enhancing its manufacturing prowess in India with an investment boost ofup to ?1,000 crore.

GMR Airports Infrastructure:

The company has observed a surge in passenger traffic and recordedunprecedented cargo volumes at its Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mopa airportsfor FY 24.
