Narayana Hrudayalaya trades higher on acquiring land in Bengaluru
Narayana Hrudayalaya is currently trading at Rs. 1276.50, up by 13.55 points or 1.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 1262.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1264.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1284.70 and Rs. 1264.40 respectively. So far 5644 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1445.05 on 14-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 749.00 on 17-May-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1284.70 and Rs. 1210.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 26019.22 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.85%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.43% and 15.73% respectively.
Narayana Hrudayalaya has purchased land admeasuring 01 Acre 08 Guntas (approx. 52,272 Sq. Ft.) in Bengaluru to pursue company’s business expansion plans. In March 2024, the company had planned to raise Rs 300 crore through issuance of 30,000 unsecured, listed, rated, redeemable, NCDs of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each at par.
