ICICI Bank gains on acquiring 100% shareholding in ICICI PFM

ICICI Bank is currently trading at Rs 1424.70, up by 11.55 points or 0.82% from its previous closing of Rs 1413.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 1418.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1425.90 and Rs 1411.15 respectively. So far 86591 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 1494.10 on 31-Jul-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 1187.00 on 23-Jan-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 1442.20 and Rs 1361.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 1012723.98 crore.

The Institutions holds 90.83% stake in the company, while non-institutions held 9.18%. 

ICICI Bank has executed the share purchase agreement (SPA) with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company (ICICI Life) and ICICI Prudential Pension Funds Management Company (ICICI PFM) for acquisition of 100% shareholding in ICICI PFM. Subsequently, all the formalities have been completed. The Bank now holds 100% shareholding in ICICI PFM and ICICI PFM has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank.
