Muthoot Capital Services has received approval to raise up to Rs 150 crore through allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The debenture issue and allotment committee of the board of directors of the company has approved the issue and allotment of 15,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, taxable, transferrable NCDs having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on Private Placement basis. The NCDs will carry a coupon rate of 9.25% per annum. The deemed date of allotment is September 23, 2026 and the deemed date of maturity is September 22, 2028.
