The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a positive start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 159 points higher at 24,430 on Monday.

 

 

Aye Finance

The company reported Q1FY27 AUM of Rs 7,329 crore, up 28% YoY, disbursements of Rs1,219 crore, up 22%, GNPA at 4.57% versus 4.77% QoQ, and added 44,736 new borrowers.

Enviro Infra Engineers

The company secured Rs 256.92 crore HAM orders under the Namami Gange Programme to develop 45 MLD and 60 MLD sewage treatment plants in Varanasi, with 15-year O&M, expanding its HAM portfolio to five projects.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals

The company launched generic Olanzapine for Injection 10 mg/vial single-dose vial in the US, targeting a market with annual sales of ~$25.4 million.

Kwality Wall’s (India)

The company opened a 13,000 sq ft research, design, and innovation centre in Bengaluru to accelerate product and packaging innovation for the Indian market.

Panama Petrochem

The company commenced commercial operations at its new units located at Lodha Industrial & Logistic Park II, Ambernath, Maharashtra.

Puravankara

The company executed transaction documents to sell its 100% stake in Purva Ruby Properties to Prishal Office Parks III for ~Rs 145 crore.

Shyam Metalics and Energy

The company reported strong June sales growth across key value-added products, with stainless steel volumes up 40.2% YoY, aluminium foil 20.7%, pellet 92.3%, CR coils/sheets 53.5%, and carbon steel 16.5%, while sponge iron declined 28.3%.

Stanley Lifestyles

The company entered the Sri Lankan market through a partnership with Singer Sri Lanka and launched its first Stanley Boutique Homes showroom in Colombo.

Titan Company

The company reported Q1FY27 consumer business growth of 41% YoY, led by jewellery 39%, watches 23%, eyewear 23%, emerging businesses 19%, and international 128%, adding 77 net stores.

Varun Beverages

The company's wholly owned subsidiary, VBL Industries Kenya, entered a business transfer agreement to acquire Devyani Food Industries Kenya's value-added dairy beverages, juices, and packaged drinking water business for ~Rs 305 crore.
