MOIL inches up on recording rise in manganese ore production in November

MOIL is currently trading at Rs. 331.00, up by 0.60 points or 0.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 330.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 331.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 333.25 and Rs. 329.60 respectively. So far 7204 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 405.50 on 10-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 281.55 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 343.25 and Rs. 325.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6718.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.68%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.17% and 22.14% respectively.

MOIL has achieved its highest-ever November production and sales. The company has recorded 1.65 Lakh Metric Tonnes (LMT) of manganese ore production in November 2025, showing a 1% year-on-year (YoY) increase. Sales reached 1.37 LMT, reflecting a 3% YoY growth. For the period April-November 2025-26, cumulative production stands at 12.69 LMT, an 8% increase over the same period of the previous year.

MOIL is the largest iron ore company in India and fifth largest in world. It currently operates seven underground mines (Kandri, Munsar, Beldongri, Gumgaon, Chikla, Balaghat and Ukwa mines) and three opencast mines (Dongri Buzurg, Sitapatore/Sukli, and Tirodi).
