Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders rises on receiving Notification of Award of Contract from ONGC
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders is currently trading at Rs. 5009.15, up by 91.90 points or 1.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 4917.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 4997.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5059.60 and Rs. 4950.00 respectively. So far 23875 shares were traded on the counter.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders (MDL) has received a Notification of Award of Contract on August 8, 2024 from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for Wellhead Platforms and Associated Pipeline Project (DSF-II) on EPC reimbursable basis (OBE) at the ceiling price of Rs 4676.33 crore including all taxes and duties (GST at 12%). The said order is expected to be completed by May 31, 2026.
