Mahindra Finance falls despite reporting 7% growth in overall disbursement in May 2024
Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 264.50, down by 8.55 points or 3.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 273.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 275.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 275.95 and Rs. 263.30 respectively. So far 85903 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 346.40 on 04-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 243.90 on 30-Oct-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 275.95 and Rs. 260.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 33075.14 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.16%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.57% and 7.27% respectively.
Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has reported 7% growth in overall disbursement to around Rs 4,430 crore in May 2024 over previous year. The YTD May 2024 disbursement at about Rs 8,360 crore registered a growth of 6% Year-on-Year (Y-o-Y).
Business Assets at around Rs 1,05,250 crore, grew by around 3.0% over March 2024 and around 23% over May 2023. The Collection Efficiency (CE) was at 96% for May 2024 (against 96% for May 2023). Stage-3 and Stage-2 assets have remained below 10% put together. The Company continued to enjoy a comfortable liquidity position on its Balance Sheet, with a liquidity chest of over Rs 7,510 crore.
