M&M rises as its arm incorporates subsidiary in Thailand

Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) subsidiary -- Mahindra Overseas Investment Company (Mauritius) (MOICML) has incorporated Mahindra South East Asia (MSEAL) in Thailand on October 8, 2024, as a subsidiary of it, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. MSEAL will be mainly engaged in the business of selling tractor, farm equipment & implements along with Spare part there off.
