Lupin rises on inking BTA to carve out two API manufacturing sites
Lupin is currently trading at Rs. 1200.45, up by 3.00 points or 0.25% from its previous closing of Rs. 1197.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1190.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1203.50 and Rs. 1190.05 respectively. So far 7458 shares were traded on the counter.

Lupin has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Lupin Manufacturing Solutions (LMSL), wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, to carve out two Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing sites situated at Dabhasa and Visakhapatnam and select R&D operations, including fermentation, at Lupin Research Park, Pune. Earlier, the company had received approval from board of directors to enter into a business transfer agreement.
