LIC Mutual Fund has informed that pursuant to Paragraph 17.4 of SEBI Master Circular for Mutual Funds dated May 19, 2023, regarding Product Labeling in Mutual Fund, the risk profiling of LIC MF Overnight Fund (an open-ended debt scheme investing in overnight securities with Relatively Low Interest Rate Risk and Relatively Low Credit Risk) stands revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Low and the Risk-o-meter of LIC MF Conservative Hybrid Fund (an open ended hybrid scheme Investing predominantly in debt instruments) is revised from ‘Moderately High’ to ‘Moderate’.
The above Risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of Scheme’s portfolio as on 31st October 2023. This Notice cum Addendum forms an integral part of SID and KIM of the aforementioned Schemes of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other terms and conditions of the aforementioned Schemes will remain unchanged.
