LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management has informed that Tribhuwan Adhikari (DIN: 10229197) has been appointed as Associate Director on the Board of LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management with effect from September 06, 2023.
Brief Profile of Tribhuwan Adhikari is as follows: Tribhuwan Adhikari (age 57 years) and his qualification is B.com. Tribhuwan Adhikari is currently employed with LIC Housing Finance as Managing Director & CEO (3rd August, 2023- till date). He also served as Chief Operating Officer in LIC Housing Finance (22nd June, 2023 - 2nd August, 2023). Prior to that, he has also worked with Eastern Zone, LIC of India, Kolkata as Regional Manager Marketing (2021 - June 2023), Regional Manager, NB & Actuarial & IT, Zonal Office in LIC of India, Kanpur (2017-2021) and Senior Divisional Manager in LIC of India, Kanpur Division (2014-2017).
This Notice cum addendum shall form an integral part of Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of LIC Mutual Fund as amended from time to time. All other terms & conditions of SAI remains unchanged.
