L&T surges on completing acquisition of 15% stake in E2E Networks

Larsen & Toubro is currently trading at Rs. 3822.00, up by 23.00 points or 0.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 3799.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3814.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3822.00 and Rs. 3760.00 respectively. So far 23712 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3948.60 on 03-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3175.50 on 05-Jun-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3834.95 and Rs. 3645.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 518389.87 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 62.39% and 37.61%, stake in the company respectively.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has completed acquisition of 15% stake in E2E Networks via preferential allotment on December 4, 2024. The secondary acquisition of 6% from the promoter of E2E Networks is expected to be completed on or before May 30, 2025.
