L&T rises as its construction arm wins multiple orders for Buildings & Factories business

The scrip opened at Rs. 3710.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3710.00 and Rs. 3675.25 respectively. So far 21624 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3948.60 on 03-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2,352.20 on 16-Jun-2023.

Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) construction arm -- L&T construction has won multiple orders in India for its Buildings & Factories (B&F) Business. It has secured an order from the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad for constructing a super-speciality hospital at Gachibowli in the city. The scope includes civil structures, finishes, facade, interiors, MEP services, paramedical and external development jobs, including landscaping. The total built up area is 1.1 mn sq ft.
Further, an order has been secured from a prestigious client for the construction of office space in Mumbai with an around built-up area of 13 lakh sq ft. The scope includes civil and composite steel structure for 2B+G+6P+18 office floors. The project is scheduled to be completed in 20 months. This demonstrates customer confidence in B&F’s expertise in executing fast track steel structures with composite steel technology.
