Krystal Integrated Services soars on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Krystal Integrated Services is currently trading at Rs. 691.60, up by 26.15 points or 3.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 665.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 697.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 697.80 and Rs. 668.60 respectively. So far 897 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 844.40 on 06-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 405.50 on 07-Apr-2025.

Krystal Integrated Services has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Krystal Ports and Harbou’ on September 06, 2025 in the State of Maharashtra. Krystal Ports and Harbou has been incorporated to carry on the business of construction, operation, and maintenance of inland waterways, harbours, ports, jetties, docks, canals, river training works, embankments, locks, barrages, breakwaters, wharves, terminals, shipyards, ferry ghats.
The company aims to explore new business opportunities in the country by developing independent subsidiaries. This strategy will expand its portfolio, strengthen operations, and reduce risks in existing business lines.
