Krishna Institute inches up on getting nod to acquire up to 51% stake in Sarvottam Health Care

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has secured approval to acquire up to 51% equity stake of the total paid-up equity share capital of Sarvottam Health Care (Kakinada), an O & M entity, for a consideration of up to Rs 80.00 crore. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on October 6, 2026, has approved the same. Sarvottam Health Care (Kakinada) belongs to Healthcare Industry.
Additionally, the Board has approved acquisition of 6% stake in Ushahkal Abhinav Specialty Hospital LLP (Sangli), an O & M entity, for a consideration of Rs 15 crore. Ushahkal Abhinav Specialty Hospital LLP (Sangli) belongs to Healthcare Industry.
The both investments are strategic in nature as the company is the O & M Partner of Sarvottam Health Care and Ushahkal Abhinav Specialty Hospital LLP (Sangli). Both acquisitions are expected to be completed on or before October 31, 2026.
