Kranti Industries soars on inking MoU to incorporate JV company in Gujarat

Kranti Industries is currently trading at Rs. 87.14, up by 4.03 points or 4.85% from its previous closing of Rs. 83.11 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 85.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 87.47 and Rs. 85.50 respectively. So far 3518 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 119.79 on 19-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 59.00 on 28-Oct-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 87.47 and Rs. 82.52 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 111.19 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.93%, while Non-Institutions held 38.07% in the company.
Kranti Industries has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with KORES GROUP to incorporate a new company in a form of Joint Venture (JV) in Halol, Gujarat. The Company will hold 35% in the proposed joint venture company.
The proposed JV company will be carrying on the business of Machining of Critical Casting Components.
Kranti Industries is engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying of precision machined components. With an operating history of more than two decades, it is primarily known for range of automotive component and non-automotive (off highway) components.
