KPI Green Energy touches roof as its arm bags new order from M/s Pruthvi Textile

KPI Green Energy is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 1479.15, up by 70.40 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 1408.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1479.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1479.15 and Rs. 1479.15 respectively. So far 5228 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1617.90 on 07-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 259.03 on 29-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1479.15 and Rs. 1213.37 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8916.70 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.08%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.05% and 38.87% respectively.

KPI Green Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- M/s. KPIG Energia has received new order from M/s Pruthvi Textile for executing solar power project under ‘Captive Power Producer (CPP)’ Segment of the Company. The aggregate order size is 1.5 MW. 

The project is scheduled to be completed in the financial year 2024-25, in various tranches as per the terms of the order.
