Kolte Patil Developers declines despite reporting 6% growth in sales value in Q4FY24
Kolte-Patil Developers is currently trading at Rs. 530.75, down by 27.75 points or 4.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 558.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 554.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 554.95 and Rs. 527.00 respectively. So far 12154 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 584.00 on 09-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 242.60 on 26-Apr-2023.

Kolte Patil Developers’ sales value stood at Rs 743 crore in Q4FY24, rise by 6%, compared to Rs 704 crore in Q4FY23. It has sold 1.03 million square feet area during January- March 2023-24 (Q4FY24) as against 0.97 million square feet area in the year-ago period i.e. up by 6%. The collections grew marginally during Q4FY24 to Rs 592 crore as compared to Rs 589 crore in Q4FY23.
