Kings Infra Ventures is currently trading at Rs 132.00, up by 7.40 points or 5.94% from its previous closing of Rs 124.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 129.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 134.50 and Rs 125.50 respectively. So far 11913 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 196.00 on 24-Jul-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 106.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 134.50 and Rs 106.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 313.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.78%, while the public held 31.22% stake in the company.

Kings Infra Ventures is planning to acquire a seafood processing and export business in the state of Andhra Pradesh as a going concern. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 22, 2025 to consider and approve the same.
