Keystone Realtors moves higher on logging 78% growth in pre-sales in Q4FY24

Keystone Realtors is currently trading at Rs. 679.30, up by 6.90 points or 1.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 672.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 689.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 694.50 and Rs. 673.25 respectively. So far 3064 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 750.00 on 21-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 416.45 on 28-Apr-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 694.50 and Rs. 611.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7715.36 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 86.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.63% and 2.67% respectively.

Keystone Realtors has achieved 78% growth in pre-sales to Rs 843 crore in Q4FY24 as compared to Rs 473 crore in Q4FY23. In full year, pre-sales stood at Rs 2266 crore. Its collection stood at Rs 670 crore in Q4FY24 as compared to Rs 699 crore in Q4FY23, showing a de-growth of 4% YoY basis.

During Q4FY24, company launched 2 projects (Panorama (Pali Hill) & Stella (Bandra East)) having Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 735 crore. In FY24, Company launched a total of 6 projects with an estimated GDV of Rs 3000 crore.
