Jyoti Structures touches roof on the BSE
Jyoti Structures is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 23.62, up by 1.12 points or 4.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 22.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 23.11 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 23.62 and Rs. 22.60 respectively. So far 510305 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 34.04 on 09-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 5.87 on 15-May-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 25.39 and Rs. 22.19 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1970.73 crore.
The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.01% and 95.99% stake in the company, respectively.
Jyoti Structures has successfully executed all three transmission lines awarded by Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone (MPSEZL). The scope of work covers manufacture and supply of Transmission Line towers, supply of all line materials, survey, soil investigation, open cast foundations, pile foundations, erection of towers, stringing and commissioning of each of the transmission line. The initial value of the contract was Rs 39.04 crore.
MPSEZL had also awarded a contract to Jyoti Structures for Mundra Mega project involving 400 kV and 220 kV transmission lines on turnkey basis, which has also been completed and test charged. The company has a long track record for supply of towers, design and testing of towers, as well as turnkey transmission lines, substations and distribution projects in India and abroad.
