The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11605.29 crore against gross selling of Rs 11969.64 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 364.35 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 830.28 crore with gross sales of Rs 2994.75 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2164.47 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 110.09 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 2138.98 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 135.58 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 19.37 crore against gross selling of Rs 13.06 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 6.31 crore in hybrid segment.
