JSW Steel inches up on reporting marginal rise in consolidated crude steel production in Q3FY25
JSW Steel is currently trading at Rs. 891.00, up by 0.30 points or 0.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 890.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 890.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 894.95 and Rs. 880.45 respectively. So far 10801 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1063.35 on 04-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 762.00 on 14-Mar-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 915.00 and Rs. 880.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 217743.22 crore.

JSW Steel has reported consolidated crude steel production for Q3FY25 at 7.03 million tonnes, increasing by 2% Year-on-Year (YoY) over 6.87 million tonnes in Q3FY24. The Crude Steel production was higher by 4% quarter- on- quarter (QoQ).
The company recorded its highest ever quarterly Indian operation’s Crude Steel production at 6.82 million tonnes in Q3FY25, which was higher by 3% QoQ & YoY. Capacity utilisation at Indian Operations excluding trial run stood at 91% for Q3FY25. Production and capacity utilization for the quarter was affected due to temporary maintenance activity at one of the Blast furnaces at Dolvi in the month of October, which resumed normal operations in the 1st week of November. JSW Steel USA - Ohio’s crude steel production stood at 0.21 million tonnes in Q3FY25.
