JM Financial MF introduces Small Cap Fund

JM Financial Mutual Fund (MF) has launched JM Small Cap Fund, an open-ended equity scheme predominantly investing in small cap stocks. The NFO opens for subscription on May 27, 2024 and closes on June 10, 2024. The Entry load is not applicable for the scheme. The Exit Load: In respect of each purchase/ switch-in of Units, an Exit Load of 1.00% is payable - if Units are redeemed/ switched-out within 180 days from the date of allotment and No Exit Load is payable - if Units are redeemed / switched-out after 180 days from the date of allotment. No Entry / Exit Load shall be levied on units allotted on Reinvestment of Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal Option.  The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5000 per Plan/Option and in multiple of Rs 1 thereafter.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against Nifty Smallcap 250 TRI and its fund managers are Asit Bhandarkar, Chaitanya Choksi and Gurvinder Singh Wasan.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity and equity related securities of small cap companies, as defined by SEBI.
