Invesco Asset Management (India) (AMC) announces change in Base TER

Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that the base Total Expense Ratio (‘TER’) (i.e. TER excluding additional expenses provided in Regulation 52(6A) (c) of SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996 and Goods and Services Tax on investment and advisory fees) for the following schemes of Invesco Mutual Fund shall be revised with effect from December 23, 2025:

1. Invesco India Arbitrage - Regular Plan: no change in TER; Direct Plan: existing TER is revised from 0.39% to 0.40%.

2. Invesco India Medium Duration Fund - Regular Plan: no change in TER; Direct Plan: existing TER is revised from 0.35% to 0.30%.

3. Invesco India Low Duration Fund - Regular Plan: existing TER is revised from 0.60% to 0.65%; Direct Plan: no change in TER.
