JM Financial AMC announces change in nomenclature of JM Tax Gain fund

JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM) Of JM Tax Gain Fund (the scheme) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
Pursuant to SEBI’s letter No. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-RAC-2/P/OW/2023/40331/1 dated September 26, 2023 regarding modification of nomenclature of schemes under Equity Linked Savings Scheme viz. ‘ELSS’ category, JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that name of JM Tax Gain Fund (an open-ended equity linked saving scheme with a statutory lock in of 3 years and tax benefit) shall stand revised as ‘JM ELSS Tax Saver Fund’ with effect from November 01, 2023.
All other terms and conditions of the aforesaid Scheme remain unchanged. This Notice-Cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID, KIM of the Scheme and SAI of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time.
