JK Paper surges on acquiring remaining 20% stake in Radhesham Wellpack
JK Paper is currently trading at Rs. 413.05, up by 4.95 points or 1.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 408.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 414.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 414.30 and Rs. 406.25 respectively. So far 6514 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 444.45 on 03-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 305.35 on 30-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 429.70 and Rs. 401.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7395.09 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.50% and 29.55% respectively.
JK Paper has acquired the remaining 20% shareholding in Radhesham Wellpack (RWPL), consisting of 25,000 equity shares of Rs 100 each, for a total consideration of Rs 44.02 crore. Consequent the acquisition, RWPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary company of the company.
