JioBlackRock Mutual Fund files offer document for Nifty 50 ETF
JioBlackRock Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended scheme named ‘JioBlackRock Nifty 50 ETF ‘. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 12.50 per unit during the NFO. Entry load and Exit load will be nil. The Scheme does not offer any Plans/Options for investment, and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 5 crore.
The performance will be benchmarked against Nifty 50 Index (TRI). The minimum application amount during NFO will be Rs 500 and in multiples of Rs 1 thereof.
The investment objective of the scheme as a passive investment in equity and equity related securities replicating the composition of Nifty 50 Index.
