JioBlackRock Mutual Fund files offer document for Corporate Bond Fund
JioBlackRock Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended debt scheme named ‘JioBlackRock Corporate Bond Fund‘. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 1000 per unit during the NFO. Entry load and Exit load will be nil. The Scheme offers only growth option for investment, and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.
The performance will be benchmarked against NIFTY Corporate Bond Index A-II.The minimum application amount during NFO will be Rs 500 and any amount thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income through investments predominantly in AA+ and above rated corporate debt.
