Jio BlackRock Mutual Fund files offer document for Prism Hybrid Long - Short Fund

Jio BlackRock Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an interval investment strategy named ‘Prism Hybrid Long - Short Fund’. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10. Entry load and Exit load will be nil. The Scheme offers only Growth Option for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked by NIFTY 50 Hybrid Composite Debt 50:50 Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 10000 and any amount thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to achieve long term capital appreciation along with income generation by investing across a diversified mix of equity and equity related instruments, debt and money market instruments derivative-based strategies.
