ITI Asset Management Company(AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Statement Of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of ITI Asset Mutual Fund. Activation of New Branch/Investor Service Centre (ISC) of KFin Technologies Limited.

ITI MF informed that the office of KFin Technologies, Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) to the Fund at '106 Rajaswa Colony, Near Sailana Bus Stand, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, Pin code - 457001’, will be added with effect from February 20, 2024 to the list of Investor Service Centers (being Official Points of Acceptance) of ITI Mutual Fund.

This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms and condition as mentioned in the SID & KIM will remain unchanged.
