ITI AMC announces change in risk-o-meter of the scheme
ITI Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of ITI Mutual Fund.
ITI Mutual Fund had informed that pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/24/13/11(1)2026-IMD-POD-1/I/7602/2026 dated March 20, 2026, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/PoD1/CIR/ P/2024/150 dated November 05, 2024, the Risk-o-meter of ITI Dynamic Term Fund of ITI Mutual Fund shall stand revised from ‘Moderate risk’ to ‘Low to moderate risk’.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID/KIM and SAI. Further, all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.
