Interaction with International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) CEO Jen Sisson on 25th Nov 2025
The International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) is dedicated to advancing corporate governance and investor stewardship initiatives worldwide. Its global membership comprises leading pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, etc., collectively stewarding assets worth ~$90 trillion.
In November 2025, ICGN’s CEO, Jen Sisson, will be in Mumbai for a series of select, high-level discussions with a carefully curated group of India’s most influential policy makers and regulators.
Quantum, as ICGN’s first Indian signatory, is privileged to curate Jen’s itinerary during her visit. Her engagement with various Indian stakeholders may be intended to facilitate an exchange of perspectives on international practices in governance and stewardship, while also exploring India’s governance priorities. These engagement opportunities reflect ICGN’s strong interest in India’s ongoing transition toward enhanced governance and stewardship frameworks, a journey being closely observed by the global investor community. These interactions could also help pave the way for ICGN to engage more directly in India, potentially hosting its signatories here in the future and thereby enhancing India’s visibility in global governance and stewardship.
ICGN regularly engages with policymakers, regulators and key stakeholders in crucial financial centres, such as Australia, Brussels, London, New York, and Tokyo to address emerging governance challenges and align market practices globally.
We look forward to an enriching dialogue where Jen Sisson and Chirag Mehta, CIO, Quantum AMC may be able to discuss their key insights from their engagements and interactions with various stakeholders. We are planning select media meet with both on 25th Nov 2025. Kindly block your calendar. Will share the meeting details soon.
