Insolation Energy gains as its arm incorporates wholly-owned subsidiaries

Insolation Energy is currently trading at Rs. 207.00, up by 0.80 points or 0.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 206.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 206.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 207.45 and Rs. 204.10 respectively. So far 32500 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 475.00 on 08-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 205.50 on 10-Sep-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 220.00 and Rs. 204.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4543.47 crore.

Insolation Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary--Insolation Green Energy has incorporated 3 wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, PED Green Infra One, JRD Green Infra One and MVS Green Infra One on September 9, 2025. The said companies have been incorporated as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the purpose of setting up solar power plants.
The SPV’s will carry on the Business of Solar Power Plant Development, erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and Consultancy of any renewable Energy Power Plants. Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning, including comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power Projects.
