Indian Hotels Company rises on signing Tree of Life resort in Maharashtra

The Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 674.65, up by 5.50 points or 0.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 669.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 669.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 673.10 and Rs. 663.45 respectively. So far 248205 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 811.90 on 21-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 565.25 on 02-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 678.30 and Rs. 618.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 95419.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 45.92% and 15.96% respectively.

Indian Hotels Company has signed a Tree of Life resort in Kamshet, Maharashtra. This project will be renovated and room inventory will be doubled to offer the brand experience. The 30-key Tree of Life Kamshet offers expansive views of the Sahyadri hills. The resort features an all-day dining restaurant with a bar and houses recreational amenities like a swimming pool and an outdoor nature spa along with event spaces including a glasshouse with adjoining lawns and an amphitheatre, designed to host social and corporate gatherings. Tree of Life Kamshet also designs curated experiences with organic farming, wine and jam making and bespoke lakeside dining.
