Indian army launches Modern Auditorium to boost border tourism in Uri sector of Baramulla

Chinar Corps of Indian army launched modern ‘Mini Auditorium’ to boost border tourism in Uri sector of Baramulla. The opening of the Mini Auditorium at Kaman Aman Setu Post provides a state of the art venue for screening historic, cultural and educative videos / movies for visiting tourists and is also a suitable venue for organising local events, performances and educational programs. The establishment of this new Mini Auditorium at Kaman Aman Setu Post in Uri is a major step by the Chinar Corps of Indian Army to once again revive and promote border tourism in the area. Kaman Aman Setu Post was opened to the public as a Tourist Facility Centre in early 2023 and has since grown as a popular tourist destination. Equipped with state of art sound and lighting system, this 35-seater auditorium also aims to foster creativity, learning and community engagement by hosting a wide range of events from cultural performances to skill-building workshops
