Indiamart Intermesh moves up on inking pact to acquire stake in Fleetx Technologies
Indiamart Intermesh is currently trading at Rs. 1763.80, up by 5.50 points or 0.31% from its previous closing of Rs. 1758.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1773.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1773.35 and Rs. 1750.80 respectively. So far 2027 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2686.55 on 25-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1752.00 on 24-Jul-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1,919.15 and Rs. 1,750.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10,608.05 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.03% and 18.90% respectively.
Indiamart Intermesh has entered into an agreement to subscribe to 4,630 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Fleetx Technologies. This investment shall be in line with the company’s long-term objective of offering various Software as a Service (SAAS) based solutions for businesses.
Cost of acquisition is upto Rs 64.99 crore. The said acquisition is expected to be completed in 30 days. The final aggregate shareholding of the company, post completion of said transaction in the said entity would be 25.80% of the share capital of Fleetx on a fully converted and diluted basis.
