Union Minister Pralhad Joshi on February 25 said that India has to achieve target of 500GW in renewable energy.
"I came here at Goldi Solar for the inauguration of a new manufacturing line... I wanted to see their state-of-the-art and AI-based manufacturing facility. It has a manufacturing capacity of 14GW... We have to achieve the target of 500GW in renewable energy, and for that, we need to achieve a target of at least 200GW in solar energy," he added.
